Course description

Constructive feedback 2 is a one-day intensive, follow-up course to Constructive Feedback 1 from TTA. Reaping full benefits from your appraisals and on-going feedback will mean that you will be able to understand and transfer received feedback into effective actions, immediately improving your work efficiency and enhancing your performance. As managers you will be able to actively contribute to continuous professional development of your team as well as motivate them to set and achieve their goals. Language input is functional and focused on giving feedback to produce results and motivate effectively. The course is very interactive and provides plenty of opportunity to practice previously acquired skills and develop them further.

• to further improve skills of giving feedback in a way which leads to desired changes in performance and supports continuous professional development
