Course description

This course of cross-cultural communication in an international environment, which combines language, skills and authentic content, gives you innovative perspective of doing business in the modern international world and also helps improve your communication skills via time-tested strategies and approaches. Learn strategies and tactics used by top business, communication experts, diplomats and intelligence services. A countless number of role plays and personalised exercises provide a great way to practise what has been learned. Modern and practical functional language covers phrases for listening and includes ways to check understanding by rephrasing and how to clarify the motivation of the speaker. Adapt your style to different audiences and cultures. Learn how to communicate your message successfully in the international business arena and how to influence decisions of people everywhere. We will take you through the process of developing intercultural skills from the ice-breakers, socializing,
networking, relationships building to the Negotiating across cultures.
